The Future of Artificial Intelligence
There's a whole field of trying to think of ways to reduce the black box element of artificial intelligence. Part of it is designing it in such a way that humans feel agency and feel that they can understand what the AI is doing. And again, this is the thing which gives me some optimism that the people building this stuff care about making it good. I think that there is a very strong desire to see a check on what feels like a runaway industry.
