The Climate on My Campus Prevents Some People From Saying Things They Believe

Hate and another writer cite a 2017 Knight Foundation study that was just quoted above to make the same point, noting a rise in the number of college students who say the climate on my campus prevents some people from saying things they believe because others might find them offensive. They also insinuate that this increase in censorship is driven by liberal and leftist students. However, quote, this increase is being driven by perceptions of self censorship among Democrats and independents. The number of Republican students who reported a censorious climate on campus actually dropped from 62% to 53%. That's wild. I like that about the world.
