Is the Studio Display a Bum Thunderbolt Cable?
The x d r works fine with any thunderbolt three cable. But if you happen to have four, the four is what guarantees that we'll also have the full speed for usb transfers and USB mode. I don't know how common this is. Hopefully i'm like the one o who's ever bought a studio display who got a bad cable. That may not be the case. Just try try a different cable. And for the purposes of connecting an ample display, i think that's all you ned like.
