The gite says, attachment and aversion are two sides of the same coin. I never realized that that's how people trying o deal with it. So i think i'm still figuring it out. One way i think that really helps is just the way i spend my time in a day. You know, take time to meditate each day,. exercise, you know, play bats wile we go to the gem. And e hopefully gave a little more perspective.
