The Imprint of Hadrian on Athens

As somebody who's spent so much time in Athens that's what always stands out to me so much is like what an imprint Hadrian had and still has on Athens. Yeah, yeah that's the wild space navigating that now especially like the leftover kind of ways that Antinois is often referred to. I think a lot about the temple of Zeus Olympian there too where you know he finished this epic temple that was sort of started and stopped so many times butYeah it's hard to kind of remember that they did so much there for so long it yeah it's often gets lost in my brain in favor of the classical and archaic.
