Darwin's Shell of Concentration
Darwin kept himself in his own bubble of concentration this is something that we see with a lot of people who have great creative achievements. He did this basically by not telling his family that he was awesome and made them think that he was an ordinary bloke. This was part of him trying not to get people to pry too much into what he was doing if he didn't need their help. Michael Howe argues that that's another very important feature of his character so that's Darwin next we can look at another figure George Stevenson the so-called father of the railways.
