The Effects of Protein on mTOR

The number that I came up with after looking a bunch of papers was on average 0.6 grams of protein per pound of body weight good quality absorbable protein. If you're gonna eat plants problem is if you do that on a daily basis you'll probably lose your muscle mass and you'll start to look puffy it's not a protein. A higher animal protein diet some days and fasting or protein fasting on other days works exceptionally well to keep your average protein there people worry about protein raising mTOR they worry about animal amino acids like tyrosine increasing it or methionine  increasing it but the reality is carbs all sugar so are we blaming protein for what sugar did I
