The Risks of Frozen French Fries
QSRs are doing frozen franchise, dumping them in the fryer and popping them out. Chick-fil-A is a good product for them. The other risk would be if you get more of a higher end QS-like fast casual type thing. I do think most places realize, hey, frozen fries taste about as good as the fresh ones.
