Ucranian grain, and an another export, was so important to the horn of africa before the war. The situation really exposed the dependence on imports from both russia and ukraine. There are real concerns that 25 million tons of grain rotting in silos is going to hit Africa badly. It doesn't take much to increase the prices. And then you increase, see that price increase, the consequences are pretty stark.
