The interventions were based on the classic Dutch recipes, as described in a number of previous trials. This included both an oral paste and also a gastric suspension which had a combination of Callisten, Tobromison, and Nastatin. We used Nastatin because amphotericin base was now almost unobtainable, but within the gut, they're equivalent. And it was made up pharmacologically with the necessary excipients for a stable, both microbiologically stable and thermally stable product.
