Mental discipline is the ability to focus on one belief at a time, and practise it until it becomes more natural. It's not just mental but also physical training that can help you overcome negative beliefs. The key is being able to pause, have awareness around what you're thinking, and then be able to re define the thought. So i try to get them to practise it in real situations. And when they start seeing that their actions cause again, it's not just the mental, it's also the skill s in communication and the physical.
