LZ Granderson: Candice calling me a racist is an example of our inability to distinguish what is and is not racism. He says affirmative action provides opportunities for black people who didn't earn those opportunities, but ignores the successes of other Asian Americans that have earned those opportunities. LZ: I challenge you to think next time. Affirmative action isn't racism. We do have systemic racism in favor of black Americans. And that is called affirmative action. It is education based discrimination," he said.
