How Much Hops Do You Need to Use in a Kettle?

The products that you talked about flex and, and kettle ready, uh, they're going to be a lot more than your typical pellet or your just regular CO2 extract. You'll get a pretty high utilization, um, for kettle ready, you're looking at 45 to 55% alpha utilization. And again, these don't contain much hop material, even in pellets, right? There's less than there are in whole cones, but you're not putting any of that leaf material in the kettle.
