Bassoon would not be a very common instrument. It's not a huge part of the brain, so it wouldn't really be a string a. But she knows that part of the work they're doing is triggering a bunch of different chemicals which enable it to stay alive without additional food and take. And so all the while, she's down there, years and years, being visited again and again by this robot. On the outside, she looks like a very old lady, pale skin, cataracts, flabby muscles, a little pale blob in the darkness, all alone. But on the inside, she's very much alive, alive in this incredibly centred, focused way
