How to Find a Financial Advisor

I'm looking for a financial advisor to turn in my area that's rooted in reality. That is very difficult to find but you can find them. I had clients who were able to do it because they got the full list and they went through them all. They pruned it down to a list of people to go visit and ultimately they did find someone so it's just a matter of taking the time. Question I read that the 87 000 new IRS agents are going to be hired 8700 per year for 10 years to replace the retireer. Retiring and resigning agents is that true.
