There's not a lot of self help out there for young men is really not that's genuine. You have to be like yeah you have to take extreme views because that's what gets the engagement which gets pushed and that's kind of an issue. Sometimes if i just talk about my normal life then it doesn't get views and it feels like a waste of time but those choices are very braveYou know, sometimes you don't want to say those things because i'll lose my social media.
