I Agree With Lieutenant Godstein on the Idea of Revenue
Some states have legalized canadas for recreationa ses, they are now using their tax revenue to support several social programmes. Alaska uses funds to support currently informally incarcerated people. Oregon is now distributing revenue of the othe canabas taxation to mental health and treatment programmes. And i absolutely agree that there'll always be a sub population that will be self miticating that if they had access to treatment. We are never going to eliminate crime, period. Simple into story. But there are things that prop up the illicit market? Over taxation, yes, which california has clearly done.
