When you have a tenderness and a softness with yourself, it's so much easier for that to be your default energetic pattern of how you move. If you haven't got that, then your nice actions will only go so deep or be at a certain level. There is a whole other level that can come through when you have less in your judgment to yourself because you know what it feels like to receive that less judgment to yourself. For example, you may judge someone, someone has done something horrible, okay, and you can't forgive them, but you think it's better to be more forgiving. So instead of just forgiving them for their action, you can do that for that person
