A lot of people, when they begin a diet, immediately restrict as much as they can feasibly do in the short term. They have this long process of being overly restrictive for an extended period time and kind of reach what's functionally like a breaking point. But taking a slower approach, even if it's not the exact percentage that people often recommend, is a much more enjoyable process. And you can get to these mile posts, these mile markers, and say, i'm a deposit here, without any major turbulence in that process. So it's a really nice way to approach.
