Food Security in the Food System
From 30 to 70% of the wheat in particular is coming from Ukraine or from Russia. The biggest challenge with the war in the Ukraine is we have no idea how long it's going to continue for. So the chances of significant waste of food resources is quite high. And I think that just as I was probably a little bit naive about food security in the food system and where food is coming from, I think that sometimes it can be... It can be tempting to think in a quite a simple way about what the implications are of disruptions within the system for health.
