The impact right now is largely unfolding in children's hospitals or on pediatric wards of general hospitals. A lot of the ICUs are really close to capacity, and most importantly, a lot of emergency rooms are full. We already had a pretty strained healthcare staffing system before COVID but like 20% of healthcare workers either quit or relate off during the pandemic.
