I think the psycho education party is so important and I feel like that's the part we kind of nail. Most of us assume that if we can't get our habits into check, it's because of laziness. Not being able to change your habits isn't generally laziness. It's purely the fact that we haven't set up our environment in order to support the new habits. The second thing is, I really loved what you said about compassion, because I've noticed this in the social media space. Often it's more, flog yourself until you're exhausted and burnt out. So learn compassion, be kind to yourself. Criticism isn't going to get you out. But
