Staff smith: podcast growth should be slow. Not everyone's going to want to be your best friend initially. Build up the top of your funnel, which should not be podcasts. Some people view podcast a top of the funnel channel. It's not. And so i re purpose that as, like, why would you expect some one to want to listen to an hour of your voice immediately?
