CEOs should lead with vulnerability and say, hey, I've done a little bit of internal reflection. You probably got into that mess because you didn't involve the people around you. The best leaders are saying how do we focus on our core business making our culture healthy? What about employees? There's far more people who are interested in you answering that question than me.
