The Importance of Cities Repositioning Themselves
Is it even possible for us to make projections? I mean if the average property rental used to be ten years, who on earth can foresee what their business will look like in ten years now? Yeah I think it's very very hard, I think it was always hard but it's getting increasingly harder. Even the internet itself, we don't really understand exactly what it's going to do to us and when you look back twenty years you realize how much it has done to us already. So yeah I think making those predictions is becoming increasingly hard which is why I think cities should reposition themselves and rewrite their codes to be much more dynamic and to respond to a situation.
