Is There a Benefit to Juicing?
I don't see a lot of benefit from it personally I mean if people want to trial like intermittent fasting and juice is say say it's them for whatever and helps them get through that. As long as they don't have some sort of gluco regulatory issue like type 2 diabetes whether at risk of hyperplicemia our bodies are relatively robustSome people prefer fasting as approach and I would definitely if it was a patient of mine I'd be like yeah public a scoop away protein powder or something into that juice so you don't get zero protein for three days which is what most of those things kind of advocate for.
