Is There a Free Lunch in the Content Business?

There's no free lunch. You just have to decide what set of problems are you willing to deal with. Some people really do work better in a team environment where they're not having to figure out what they have to do every day. And some people learn it too. Like I know some people who struggle that initially and then they eventually got there, butI think that's one hard piece is like you have to determine the roadmap yourself - even if no one else is telling you good job.
