The Real Estate Industry Isn't Necessarily Itching to Build the Housing That We Need

I think the question of supply always elides or it doesn't entirely account for the fact that people need housing as a thing that we need to live in first and foremost. What we're actually seeking to do is to upend the the real estate state if you will entirely right from the ground up. I'm I couldn't be happier about that we're finally starting to talk about a world in which housing is treated differently.
