The Pathology of the Modern Constitution
The modern constitution is a threefold transcendence and threefold imminence, in a criss cross scheme hat locks in all the possibilities. This is where i locate the power of the moderns. They have not made nature. They make society. God has made everything. There is no way we can understand the moderns if we do not see that these four guarantees serve as checks and balances for one another.
