How to Start a Bed Bug Business

I'm really curious about the bed bug business. As a pet dog trainer looking in it's very alien to me like I don't know how that whole industry works. How do you get clients? Are people signed on contracts? Because especially with bed bugs I would think that you start getting more into the pest control industry and then people might start saying hey we've got a problem with rats as well can you help us with that or this and that.
