The Importance of Database Migrations

The big challenge is, you know, if I'm going to make a schema change and my little site might be down for a minute or two. If you can't really have downtime, then you've got to stretch your migrations a lot more carefully. Heroku has a nice feature and forgetting what it's called,. It's like zero downtime, zero downtime deploys or something like that. But so that's something we're taking advantage of.
