i think fibre is, it's a very easy one to track. It's literally the only number id want you to focus on. And if you're getting enough fibre, it can massively help h with clestral, with many, many health markers. But i would deftly writen that's probably, frankly, why they said, we'll just eat more oatmeal, because it does have fibre. That's not really a very practical tip, outside of, just like ar eating more oatmeal great, but doest it don't give you enough fibre for the day. Ah, so i would like you to to track your fibre and try and get between 20 to 25 grams
