I liked your approach to solving the problem. And I think it might be worth you just explaining a little bit now about how you actually went about deciding which problems to solve and how you did that with hospitals. So we spoke to people, including frontline clinicians and managers of investigation counties within these organizations on what they learn when an incident happens in the operating papers. What's interesting here is on a priority level, it is the never events that attract media attention and every other house's attention - even though those are not safe for at all.
