Sometimes it can be as simple as there are techniques from we have something called the stop process. And i have a 12 week unline coaching program called the reserch programm go deep into this. For other people though, as they start to calm their system, so the first piece may be relatively simple for them, and then it's almost that triggers a bigger stress response. So sometimes what also needs to happen, as much as we need to learn to calm the system, we also have to work on some of these deeper underlying emotions,. learning to feel them, learning to process them.
