The novel came out in 66. The movie is 70, so the book has to be a little earlier. It's really anticipating ciber punk, right? I just realize that mike is like wintermute inermanser. He's got his own stuff going on, um, which sometimes coincides with the humans. Maybe a little more, he likes humans more.
