Is There a Creative Side to Boredom?

Some of the best ideas that have then become vidios or scripts or poems come from when i'm just not really trying to think about doing anything at all. There is something kind ofan and maybe because of this anxiety, there's some creativity that comes from being truly bored. I definitely experience the same thing if i, you know, having a shower or working out or just taking a walk, or it's just just a boring day,. And those are usually the times that are the most kind of creative for me, is when i'm the most bored.
