In the 19 seventies, financial entities in the us lent money to the global south. They're interested in getting repaid and theyr Mobilizing existing domestic international institutions on their behalf. I think in some way, these are the entities that are being protected here,. And that to have an enormous influence on the future shape that the global monetary system takes.
