Are We Reshoring Manufacturing Back to North America?
There's a bulk case to be made for that called the Rust Belt or Midwest area, where I think that there could be a lot of manufacturing that will start returning to North America. So it won't make sense to set up a large factory in New York where you're paying $15 a square foot. And you can go to Ohio and get an old factory that just needs a little bit of repurposing. You've got an eager workforce. If manufacturing returns, it could come back with a vengeance and it could propel that market significantly.
