How Do We Get From Here to Here?

I didn't know what I was going to write, but I said, all right, I want this to happen and I put it on a piece of paper. And then I said, okay, how do we get to that place? All right, let's start here. Then howDo we get from here to here? Okay, then we do a little of this. Yeah. That's the approach I took in writing. It's not a bad way of doing a story - having that moment and then thinking "how do we get here?"
