Billy Hoffman and Jennifer Kellogg

Billy Hoffman was arrested for the murder of Ricky Kellogg. The two knew each other and had been smoking pot together, police say. Amy told her friends that she never saw Billy at Ricky's condo even though Shaelyn Lynn said they'd seen him there. Jennifer brought a friend around to see Ricky before he died but later changed her story.
