Is the Fed Going to Increase Rates?

I don't think thereis anyone at the fed who thinks that rates are going to go above four %. We have a very distorted economy as a result of the measures that would putn place after the pandemic. Wolmart and target reporting healthy quarters. Is this an economy that's booming? It's a strange sort of economy. It's booming in some ways, and it's very weak other ways.
