i have journaled in the past, but i don't think i'm super methodical with my journaling. I struggled to find the gratitude ind the negative things in that way on any sort of routine basis. So i've gotten to where i'm out in this journey with a whole lot of hard work. and i'm working on my judgment. And as we all are, and er, we're all working on this together. The journeyy, it's it.
