The Importance of Using Simple Terminology

UX is used almost as a kind of a signaling element within our industry to say, hey, look, I'm one of your tribe. It doesn't really cater for other groups of people who might come into contact with it. Josh would like us to develop alternatives and to try and put an active effort into using those alternatives instead of the convoluted phrases that we have adopted. And he describes the background to how he came upon this really as seeing it as a growing problem.
