How to Buy a Property as an Investment
I decided in the spring of this year to try to purchase an investment property for my son's future inheritance. The purchase did not go through because of various reasons. So I'm wondering if to start again looking for property, while interest rates are high and the yields not desirable. Being in a bank is not producing the income for me or my son to enable us to obtain much needed income now or our own residential mortgages in the future. My question is whether to keep on with my pursuit of getting a property investment or not at this current time.
