The first thing your readme should do is say what the project is. It really gets at one of the fundamental problems of writing almost anything, which is you have to decide who you're writing for. And it's hard to know who might show up on your front page of your GitHub project. So it's a little bit tricky to get all that information out there. But like I said, this we're going to have to expand a little bit. We'll talk about some of the tools.
