The more i am aware and meet my suffering, the more i can acknowledge and be in relation with other people when they're suffering. I have room for others, right? So there's lines where you could add your own and you might find you have your own road blocks too. Identify them and keep an eye on them, right? The main here is, once you catch them and you know they're happening, you can then move on to dismiss them and correct them. And moving towards tending to your discomfort, being kind while you ride the waves of uncertainty and anxiety and discomfort. It's so, so important. You deserve this. Yes, you are valuable. Your pain matters
