How Long Does It Take for Something to Become a Habit?
There's not a single number of repet ons that you have to do in order to form a habit. A simple health behavior like taking a walk after dinner, or eating fruit with your lunch can take up to three months for it to feel automatic. Give yourself two to three months of repeating things as often as possible, and you should be able to form a habits.
