Yact: It's always scarng to take somebody off of bupernorphine and then think about, like, what am i going to do? Like, how long are they gong to have this pain? When do we get it back on? I now we just keep it on with the understanding that we will probably need higher doses of that full opiot agonist because they will have some blockade from from the bupe on the opiote receptor.
