What We Learned From the Manufacturing Space
There's certainly much more value in starting with having our data house in order and making sense of it. At the end of the day, if you could use the most boring regression analysis on three meager streams of data and it drove huge value, who really cares? Yeah. So that's kind of what we learned there. I think the other thing is just the importance of keeping them involved in the process, right? That's part of change management.
