He's been shoring up his new construction projects and also working on a new area within multifaith called build to rent where you sort of build single families or town homes rather than building apartments. Corey: Big money has went into that space. In fact, I've got a land where I live. There's a whole one mile by one mile, like plot a land. That's a good portion of that is build to rent. And I was like, oh my gosh, they're not even going to sell these homes. These are all rental properties
